Tracy Duhon
Tracy Duhon is a nonprofit founder, author, and purpose-driven leader committed to turning personal loss into lasting impact. As Co-Founder of Giving Hope, an international nonprofit established in 2013, Tracy has helped grow an organization devoted to glorifying God and promoting human dignity through tangible action — feeding families, supporting children, funding orphan care, and meeting real needs both locally and globally.
Under her leadership, Giving Hope has become known for combining compassionate outreach with strong operational strategy, ensuring generosity translates into measurable impact. In 2019, she founded Women of Hope Unite, a mentoring and advocacy network within Giving Hope that has mobilized more than 1,000 women to invest their time, talent, and resources into meaningful change for children and families across multiple states.
In 2024, Tracy was honored as the Professional St. Tammany Woman of the Year, recognizing her leadership, philanthropic influence, and community impact. In addition to her nonprofit leadership, she brings marketplace experience as a partner in Premier Automotive, where she integrates values-based leadership and organizational excellence through an industry revolutionizing focus of “Profit with a Purpose.”
Tracy is also the author of When Hope Is All You Have: Learning to Live Again After the Unthinkable, a memoir born from profound grief after experiencing miscarriage and the loss of two sons who each went to heaven the day they were born. Through her story, she reminds others that pain can be redeemed and that purpose often emerges from life’s most difficult seasons.
A mother of seven children — four whom she has the honor of raising this side of heaven — Tracy’s life and leadership are anchored in faith, resilience, and a deep conviction that hope must move beyond words into action. Through Giving Hope, Women of Hope Unite, and her writing, she continues to mobilize others to live generously, lead courageously, and make an impact for generations to come.
